How Our Pricing Works

No two travel agencies will have the exact same marketing requirements, and our modular pricing reflects this. This flexible structure means that the invoice that each agency receives from us at the end of each month will be totally reflective of the volumes & type of content used, the services that were required from us to do so, and nothing more.

For an agency managing the program themselves, the structure has just three components.

#1: Mail Delivery Fee

$2 per 1000 delivered emails.

Send four emails to a database of 2000 and your monthly delivery fee will be $16. Simples!

#2: Mail Types & Templates Used

The majority of our mail library templates are supplier sponsored and cost you $0 (Nothing!) to use. Some are not and will cost you $40 to use. Others – often simpler marketing templates around a theme, EG Valentines, Christmas Vouchers or ANZAC Day – may be $20 each.

You also have access to a “Blank Canvas” where you can build your own eDM campaigns, as you would in Mailchimp or similar email sending providers. There is no charge to use this functionality.

You can also request custom campaigns to be built by Genesys. We charge $50 for a ‘quick build’ and $90 for a more extensive mailer. If you’ll allow us to share that mailer with our other agents and someone else decides to send it out then we split that $90 fee between you. Sharing is caring!

#3: Optional Services

Have one of our team manage your schedule, dispatching, contacts and even mail customisations – everything you need to run a successful email marketing program with the most minimal of time committed. Fees are based on the number of emails dispatched in any given month:

$35 for 1 mail dispatch / $65 for 2 mail dispatches / +$25 per mail thereafter

We can also assist with scheduling Facebook posts from the library for only $5 per post!
