YOUR PORTAL, YOUR CAMPAIGNS, YOUR WAY

Genesys allows head office to create multiple email campaigns in line with your brand guidelines and protocols, in conjunction with your key suppliers and partners. Each of these campaigns is tagged, categorized and loaded into your branded library platform. 

THEIR CHOICE, THEIR BRANDING

Your retailers then get to pick and choose from the campaigns, ensuring that only the most relevant are sent to their respective databases. Each of your retailers have a profile setup in the system that reflects their individual branding and call to actions. They can even define their own fonts and colours.

Once their account is setup (head office can approve to ensure compliance with standards) they can log into your library and select any campaign; the system overlays these pre-sets onto the head office template. The result is a fully ‘ready to go’ email campaign that takes no more than 60 seconds.

AND RETAILERS CAN EDIT EACH CAMPAIGN…

Retailers then have the option to further personalise each email template using our easy-to-use drag & drop editor. Each component of the campaign can be selected and edited, plus sections & content can be added or removed at the retailer’s discretion.

Once the optional editing is complete the retailer simply clicks the blue “Begin Dispatch Process” button and they follow a five step guide which then sends the mail campaign to their database, or a segment thereof, which is uploaded into the portal when the account is activated.

Even with a library of options at their fingertips there will, inevitably, be times when there’s nothing that appeals to a particular retailer, or perhaps they simply want to market a specific product or event that’s unique to them. Here our users have three options available:

OVERVIEW & INDIVIDUAL REPORTS​

Each account is provided with a reporting dashboard giving them an overview of their email activity (dates can be selected). A detailed breakdown of each individual mail is also available, so they can see which contacts read the mail or clicked on specific links inside it. Reporting is specific to their account.

On a head office level the reporting dashboard provides an overview summarising the activity of all their portal users aggregated. They can see which of their campaigns were launched and when, plus a breakdown of which retailers distributed which campaigns, when and to how many. Separate logins are also available for your suppliers, who will be able to view aggregated reporting but on their campaigns only.

Technology can seem like magic these days, but sometimes you’d just rather deal with people that portals. That’s why Genesys provides our head office clients with a fully bespoke content creation & management service to compliment the software platform.

You send us your guidelines, your objectives, and any content you’ve got, however you can, and we’ll build it into the best email campaign it can be. But we won’t stop there; we’ll manage the editing & approval process right through to the end, directly with your suppliers if you wish, then tag, categorize and load it into your portal for you, notifying your retailers if it’s in line with the preferences that they have outlined.

We offer a similar service on the retailer level on an ‘opt in’ basis. Our Account Managers will make sure that your retailers are sending relevant & personalized email campaigns out to their database on a consistent schedule. They’ll schedule the mails, monitor the health of the database and the reporting, providing insights. They’ll even do the mail editing & personalisation on your retailer’s behalf, making their email marketing as effective as it can be, whilst also ensuring that the process is quick & painless.
